 - target your whole core (upper and lower abs)
 - complete 4 sets of 20 reps
[section_title]Step 3 - Abs And Hips Workout[/section_title]Leg Raises
 - make sure back stays flat on ,and abs are right
 - do not allow feet to touch the ground between reps
 - complete 4 sets 12 reps
